Whiskey Sour

Hey, know what I drank at the college party yesterday? A smashing thing! A euphorizing, strong yet easy called “Whiskey Sour“. I’m really fond of collecting cocktail so i came up to the bar tender and checked the ingredients (put it down on a napkin). Here is what it takes to make it (check this online wine store for the whiskey options):

  • 2 or 3 ounces whiskey (can be anything from Barton Blend to Black Bush Irish)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 or 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • 1 orange or lemon slice or peel
  • Maraschino cherry

Mix all ingredients but the fruit slice or peel and cherry in a shaker (make sure you give it a hard shake). Strain into a sour or Delmonico glass and garnish with the fruit and cherry. Heh, just try it you you are guaranteed to love it!

Big Cookie I think big cookies are more fun! But they are harder to make, so you need some tips from an expert… and that would be me. Even our so-called “little” are considered “big” by lots of folks. (I think I have made way more than 750,000 of our so-called “baby” … which are also big enough to be something to write home about.)

Is a good on your agenda?

Because mornings are often hectic, some families try to get by with skimpy breakfasts or skip the meal entirely. You and your children, though, have already gone without for 8 to 9 hours. Without a good breakfast, your bodies and your brains – which have no blood-glucose reserves, the brain’s main energy source – have even longer to wait for an energy boost.
